Job summary

Gateworth is partnering with a prestigious multinational business to hire a Proposals & Pursuits Manager in Riyadh. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, leading pursuit activity, and crafting compelling bid proposals to elevate the brand in the Middle East.

Responsibilities include coordinating multi-stakeholder proposals, shaping pursuit strategies, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions aligned with regional priorities. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end bids and pursuits.
• Ability to develop winning strategies and advise stakeholders.
• Exceptional written communication skills for client-facing content.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of proposals ensuring timely submissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pursuit strategies and messaging.
• Draft and refine proposal content and client presentations.
• Qualify opportunities and support pursuit planning across multiple offerings.
• Develop tailored capability statements and collateral for BD initiatives.
• Leverage CRM and knowledge content to source relevant material.
• Maintain proposal content library and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Track proposal activity and provide insights to improve win rates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal practices and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to align bid activity with priorities.
