Job summary

Tamasuk is seeking an Associate for the Project Development team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will run bids end to end—from early business development and market sounding through submission to commercial and financial close.

You will coordinate planning and ensure deliverables meet client and governance requirements while liaising with Legal, Technical, and Finance teams. The role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings and has strong written and spoken

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination and proposal development.
• Familiarity with full bid lifecycle in large-scale or government procurement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, compilation, and submission of bids in response to RFPs, RFQs and other documents.
• Maintain bid timelines, checklists, and version control to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Liaise with Legal, Technical, Project Finance, and ESG to gather inputs and meet bid requirements.
• Draft non-technical sections and assemble final submission packages.
• Support transition from preferred bidder to commercial and financial close, coordinating advisor and lender workstreams.
• Track clarifications and responses, manage submission portals or logistics.
• Assist with post-submission follow-up including presentations and clarifications.
