Job summary

Al Salama Hospital’s ICT team is seeking a BI Analyst to build and maintain business intelligence and reporting solutions. You will convert hospital data into accurate, actionable insights to support clinical, administrative and leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating dashboards, ETL development, EHR integrations, data security, governance, and end-user training for the BI team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years developing BI solutions; hands-on with Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, ETL and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and turn them into reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS).
• Develop, manage and monitor SSIS projects and ETL processes.
• Support system and device integrations with the EHR, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Ensure data security, governance and compliance with best practices.
• Train end users and guide the BI and Data Analyst.
