Job summary

Panda Retail Company in Jeddah invites an Assistant Category Manager for Beverages to support the Category Manager in developing category strategies, driving sales and profitability, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.

You will analyze performance, manage promotions, maintain product data, monitor inventory, and help implement planograms to boost category visibility in stores. A Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiations skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Experience with BI and JDA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies to meet sales targets.
• Analyze category sales, pricing, and promotions to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely delivery and marketing support.
• Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns for better store visibility.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the system.
• Prepare category performance reports for management insights.
• Follow up on supplier agreements and rebates for timely collections.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store operations on planograms.
