Cander seeks a Banking Solution Analyst for a 12-month onsite engagement based in Riyadh. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into functional specs, and support design, integrations, testing, and implementation across payment systems and core banking platforms.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, plus a background in banking analysis and BRD/SRD documentation, are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

• Background in solution or business analysis in banking.
• Knowledge of payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/SRD documentation, and functional analysis.
• Exposure to low-level design and development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
• Experience in the KSA banking sector is an advantage.
