Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst embedded in a banking IT delivery environment. You will translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications and support solution design, integration, and testing through strong documentation and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on BRD analysis, LLD, APIs, and integrations across payment and core banking systems. English fluency is required; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis within the banking domain.
• Experience producing BRD/SRD documentation and functional specifications.
• Hands-on exposure to Low-Level Design (LLD) and development environments.
• Experience in KSA's banking sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret BRDs and break them down into solution components.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications including SRDs.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of LLDs.
• Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape solutions.
• Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business-IT alignment.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory frameworks.
