Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in banking/financial services or top-tier consulting.
• Experience with transformation programmes, operating model redesign and digital banking initiatives.
• Fluency in English; Arabic would be an advantage for regional delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Banking and Capital Markets advisory engagements across finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernization, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess challenges and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into workplans, governance structures and deliverables.
• Support large-scale transformation programmes including governance, PMO setup, RAID, and change readiness.
• Contribute to business development including proposals, scope, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Coach and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
