Job summary

EY’s FAAS practice in Riyadh seeks a Manager to lead banking and capital markets advisory engagements with extensive experience in asset management, private equity, and operational excellence. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem solving and delivery of finance transformation roadmaps across client organizations.

You will drive governance, PMO, and change management while coaching junior staff and contributing to business development efforts within a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in top-tier consulting or financial services transformation.
• Strong experience with Banking and Capital Markets clients and asset management/private equity.
• Experience in transformation programmes including operating model redesign and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements across finance transformation, operating model design, and technology-enabled change.
• Oversee asset management/private equity engagements at management company and portfolio company levels.
• Define target-state requirements and implement practical roadmaps.
• Support programme governance, PMO setup, and benefits tracking.
• Contribute to business development including proposals and client presentations.
• Coach and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs.
