Ernst & Young AE is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead banking and cap markets advisory engagements in Riyadh. You will design finance operating models, drive transformation programs, and collaborate with stakeholders across finance, technology, risk, and compliance.

The role emphasizes governance, program management, and executive-level communication, with a focus on delivering client-ready insights and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier advisory or Financial Services technology.
• Experience serving Banking & Capital Markets clients with core platforms knowledge.
• Experience with asset management and private equity sectors.
• Familiarity with fund structures and operating model redesign.
• Experience in transformation programmes including data, technology and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support advisory engagements across finance transformation and banking modernization.
• Design operating models, governance structures, and target-state roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across business, finance, tech, risk, and compliance.
• Translate strategy into actionable workplans and implementation deliverables.
• Support large-scale transformation programs, including PMO setup and benefits tracking.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Coach junior consultants ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery.
