Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager to join the FAAS Banking & Capital Markets practice in Riyadh. You will lead finance transformation, operating model design, and core banking modernization initiatives for major banks and financial institutions.

The role requires strong banking domain knowledge, consulting experience, technology awareness, and hands-on delivery capability, with fluency in English and optional Arabic.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier consulting, Big Four advisory, or leading banking transformation environments.
• Experience serving Banking & Capital Markets clients across retail, corporate, payments, and treasury products.
• Transformation programmes involving operating model redesign, process improvement, technology implementation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Banking & Capital Markets advisory engagements across finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernization, digital channels, data, controls and technology-enabled change.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across business, finance, operations, technology, risk and compliance to define target-state requirements and implement practical roadmaps.
• Translate banking strategy into actionable workplans, governance structures and deliverables; support PMO governance and benefits tracking.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, credentials, and client-ready materials; ensure high-quality analysis and timely delivery by the team.
• Coach and manage junior consultants to ensure rigorous analyses, clear documentation, and timely client outputs.
