CROWN KSA is seeking a Back End Operator to efficiently run back-end production machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate production logs. The role requires following safety guidelines, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with teams to sustain smooth production flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, especially with machine operation.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor back-end production machinery, including but not limited to can fillers, seamers, and palletizers, according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, identifying and addressing any defects or non-conformities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production speeds and product quality.
• Load and unload materials and products from machinery, ensuring proper material handling and storage.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
