Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine operation.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor back-end production machinery according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products and address defects.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain production speed and quality.
• Load and unload materials and products from machinery with proper handling and storage.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
