Ninja in Jeddah is seeking a high-impact commercial leader to drive the Baby Care Division's strategy, revenue, profitability, and market share. You will manage categories, pricing, promotions, and supplier relationships while identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities include leading category management, optimizing the product portfolio, and steering P&L performance. Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years in Commercial Management, Category Management, Buying, or FMCG/Retail.
• Proven experience in Baby Care, Mother & Baby, or related consumer product categories.
• Strong experience in category management, supplier negotiations, pricing strategy, and assortment planning.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Experience managing P&L, commercial KPIs, and large product portfolios.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced retail environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Baby Care Division in line with business objectives.
• Manage product categories, assortment planning, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, margins, rebates, promotional funding, and payment terms.
• Drive revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and overall P&L performance.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Inventory Planning teams to optimize product availability, demand forecasting, and inventory turnover.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and drive joint business plans.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Category Managers and commercial team members.
