Job summary

Lucidya, based in Riyadh, is hiring an AI Tech Lead to champion the AI layer of its agentic platform. You will own architecture, push for production-grade reliability, and code hands-on while guiding a team.

You will set technical direction, define evaluation pipelines, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and infra to scale across languages and channels.

Fluent English, 7+ years in software/ML, and strong Python experience are expected; Arabic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or ML engineering.
• Led a team of 3+ AI engineers/scientists.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM prompting and harness development.
• Experience deploying AI platforms, not just point solutions.
• Excellent English communication; can write design docs and decisions.
• Strong Python, APIs, cloud deployment, observability.

Responsibilities

• Define AI architecture and guardrails for the platform.
• Write production code and document decisions.
• Establish evaluation standards and productionize key work.
• Introduce testing frameworks for AI development.
• Ensure monitoring and online evals to catch issues.
• Lead the AI team and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requirements and scaling.
• Own outcomes end-to-end with strong trade-off judgement.
