iHR (International Human Resources) clients are expanding in Saudi Arabia's logistics sector, seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business opportunities and manage key accounts.

You will identify potential clients, deliver tailored logistics solutions, conduct meetings and negotiations, and help achieve sales targets while coordinating with internal teams for flawless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Logistics, Delivery, Courier, Transportation, or Last-Mile Delivery.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to develop new business and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and delivery market.
• Generate leads and actively approach potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable logistics and delivery solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, sales visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations and follow up until closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with clients after service activation to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
