Job summary

RKKB, a Saudi HVAC contracting company, is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow the client base among retailers, restaurants, offices, and corporate facilities in Riyadh. You will identify projects early, especially during fit-out, and convert them into signed contracts.

You will visit sites and client offices, present RKKB's ductwork solutions, coordinate with engineering for quotations, and follow proposals through to signing and collection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, MEP, construction, fit-out, or building materials.
• Existing network in contracting or fit-out market is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car.
• Saudi nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and win new ductwork projects from businesses in Riyadh.
• Build partnerships with interior designers, fit-out companies, contractors, and commercial real estate brokers.
• Visit sites and client offices, present RKKB's solutions, and coordinate with the engineering team on quotations.
• Follow up on proposals through to contract signing and collection.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and report on weekly progress.
