Fluor Corp is seeking an Advanced Work Package (AWP) Coordinator for a Saudi Arabia-based, contract role in Ras Al-Khair. The position focuses on implementing AWP across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and on coordinating multidisciplinary teams within EPC/EPCM environments.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8-12 years in related fields, and 3-5 years’ AWP experience with strong Primavera P6 proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in project execution, construction planning, project controls, or workface planning in industrial projects.
• 3-5 years direct experience implementing or coordinating Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
• Experience on large-scale Mining & Metals, Metals Recycling, Minerals Processing, Manufacturing, Chemical processing, or heavy industrial projects.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, workface planning tools, and project control systems.
• CII AWP principles knowledge preferred; EPC/EPCM coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• AWP, PMP, PSP or equivalent project controls certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and execution of the AWP methodology across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain CWPs, EWPs, IWPs and related execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, construction and commissioning teams to align with project priorities.
• Monitor work package readiness including deliverables, materials, permits, equipment and workforce needs.
• Facilitate workface planning to maximize labor productivity and minimize delays.
• Ensure alignment between schedules, work packaging strategies and field execution.
• Track and report AWP performance metrics, constraints, productivity trends and package completion.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, interfaces and execution risks.
• Support planning, look-ahead scheduling and readiness reviews for efficient execution.
• Promote AWP best practices and provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
