Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance with managerial experience.
• Experience leading QC teams on large-scale construction, infrastructure, aviation, or complex development projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and testing/inspection processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related standards; CQI/IRCA or ASQ certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Saudi nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QC activities across design and construction for a major aviation project.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Control Plan (PQCP) and related procedures.
• Review ITPs, method statements, inspection requests, NCRs, test reports, and QA documentation.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Designer, and QA company on quality matters.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of quality records and handover dossiers.
