Parsons in الرياض, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced ICT Lead - Aviation, ATCT - Saudi National to plan, coordinate, review and technically support the ICT systems for a mission-critical ATCT environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of ICT engineering experience, preferably in airports or critical facilities.
• Experience in design review, site supervision, testing and commissioning of ICT systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, IP networks, and redundancy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review ATCT ICT design documents, drawings and submissions.
• Coordinate structured cabling, fiber backbone, LAN/WAN, and network rooms.
• Monitor integration with other airport systems and cyber-security requirements.
• Support testing/commissioning, FAT/SAT, and handover activities.
• Prepare reports, issue logs, and engineering recommendations.
