Job summary

Parsons is hiring a Technical Site Support Lead - Airport Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role provides multidisciplinary engineering support across terminals, runways, taxiways, and support facilities, acting as the bridge between design and construction to ensure accurate information flow and approvals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in construction engineering, site tech support, or delivery management.
• Experience on airport projects and major infrastructure programs.
• Familiar with ICAO/FAA/Airport requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based engineering support for construction work fronts and project zones.
• Coordinate responses with designers, contractors, and authorities.
• Review RFIs, site queries, and design questions from a construction perspective.
• Maintain issue tracker and drive outstanding matters to closeout.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover for operational readiness.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Facilitate technical meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery teams receive drawings, clarifications, and approvals.
