• Lead, manage and develop the sales team to ensure targets are met
• Drive vehicle sales across B2C and B2B segments
• Acquire new customers and establish relationships with corporate clients
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities
• Oversee sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor KPIs to increase volume and profitability
