Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Licensed to practice law in Medina.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Contract Attorney or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Fluency in English required.
• Preference for Malayalee candidates.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts, including but not limited to employment agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Negotiating contract terms on behalf of our clients
• Conducting legal research and providing recommendations on contract disputes or potential legal issues
• Advising clients on their rights and obligations under existing contracts
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of all contract negotiations and agreements
