Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an ASU & Utilities Control Room Operator to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) and Utilities plants, ensuring safety, reliability, and productivity targets are met. You will monitor alarms, supervise DCS, and respond to both normal and abnormal operating conditions.

Responsibilities include performing routine operations, optimizing processes, monitoring KPIs, and supporting plant shutdowns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of ASU and/or Utilities plant DCS operations experience.
• Experience in industrial process plants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ASU and Utilities plants safely and reliably per NGHC standards.
• Supervise DCS, data acquisition, and alarm management; respond to normal and abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoot operating conditions, customer demand changes, and process optimization opportunities.
• Perform daily and monthly operational routines per procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor KPIs to meet plant performance objectives.
• Provide operational support during plant shutdowns.
