Job summary
Baja is seeking a Maintenance Utilities Supervisor for our Sudair factory in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of all utility systems (air compressors, nitrogen generators, HVAC, water, LPG, electrical, and backups) and lead preventive maintenance and energy-efficiency initiatives.
The role entails coordinating maintenance plans, supervising technicians and contractors, performing RCA/CAPA when failures occur, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement while
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, engineering, electrical, engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial environments
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with utility systems in FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous operation of all utility systems supporting operations
- Monitor utility performance and capacity utilization
- Lead troubleshooting and recovery of utility breakdowns
- Develop and execute utility preventive maintenance plans
- Identify losses, leaks, and inefficiencies to reduce costs
- Supervise utility technicians and contractors
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS/EAM
- Support utility upgrades and capital projects
