Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Senior Process Controls Engineer in Saudi Arabia to coordinate, organize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for process control systems across multiple technologies including ASU, HYCO, CO2 production, and H2 mobility.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, MOC, OPHR, and CSS/SIS lifecycle activities while interfacing with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant process automation experience in chemical, refinery or gas-plant maintenance, inspection or engineering.
• Demonstrated hands-on plant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning and operation of instrumentation and process-control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and lead execution planning for SAP PM activities covering plant instrumentation, analyzers, gas chromatography and process control systems.
• Lead and provide technical support for investigations and RCA to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork through open communication and timely issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and cost of quality.
