Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, based in Riyadh, is seeking an Associate Expert Scrum Master to guide agile software delivery and lead Scrum ceremonies. You will coach the team, support product backlog prioritization, and remove impediments to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/Engineering degree, CSM/PSM certification, 3+ years in Scrum Master/Agile roles, and fluent English. Saudi work eligibility and on-site commitment in Riyadh are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide and coach the development team on how to use Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and continuously improve their practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Position: Associate Expert Scrum Master

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Expert Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

As an Associate Expert Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high-quality products to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the agile development process and ensure that all team members are following Scrum principles and practices.
