Job summary

Capco in Riyadh is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to drive agile delivery within software engineering teams. You will enable high‑performing teams, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with priorities across stakeholders.

The role requires leading ceremonies, coordinating multi‑team delivery, and advocating continuous improvement. Arabic language skills are valuable and local market experience is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software engineering.
• Active Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi‑team delivery across systems.
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery initiatives from inception through completion, aligned to scope and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support collaboration across cross‑functional teams, including frontend and backend.
• Identify and remove impediments while promoting continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders using relevant metrics.

The Role

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will enable the effective functioning of software development teams using Agile methodologies. You will support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes by fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and promoting continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure alignment on priorities while guiding teams through the full delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage software delivery initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support collaboration across cross‑functional teams, including front‑end and back‑end development
• Identify and remove delivery impediments while promoting continuous improvement practices
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders using clear and relevant metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within software engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in complex environments
• Experience coordinating delivery across system integration or multi‑team projects
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status

Bonus Points For

• Experience supporting platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go‑live activities
• Experience within financial services domains such as banking, capital markets, or wealth management
• Ability to support multilingual environments, including Arabic language skills
