Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership of major building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering function across multiple large-scale and complex building projects.
• Provide strategic technical oversight, ensuring design excellence, safety, and project delivery.
• Act as a senior client advisor, fostering strong relationships and offering trusted technical guidance.
• Lead bids, proposals, and client presentations for major pursuits and growth initiatives.
• Oversee resource planning, budgets, schedules, and profitability; mentor senior engineers.
