Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced hospitality operations professional to lead hotel asset management, capital projects, and operational readiness across large-scale developments. You will monitor guest experience, review reports, and drive improvements in costs, quality, and asset value.

The role requires 12+ years in hospitality operations, deep knowledge of SOPs, brand standards, and OS&E/FF&E management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant hospitality operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Experience with OS&E and FF&E, audits, and improvement plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance.
• Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans are followed.
• Review OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover.
• Support capital projects and asset enhancements with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and track improvements to completion.
