Job summary

Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia's emerging hospitality destination, seeks a seasoned professional to shape the operational future of its hotel portfolio. You will monitor operations, review reports, and drive improvements across SOPs, guest experience, and asset value.

With 12+ years in hospitality operations or asset management, you will lead audits, OS&E/FF&E coordination, and coordinate with operators and internal stakeholders to deliver capital-ready initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
• 12+ years in hospitality operations, asset management, or capital project delivery is required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, guest experience and quality assurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs and operator performance.
• Review management reports, guest feedback, audits and operational risks to identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance and asset value.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements and approved business plans.
• Coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups and handover readiness for assets.
• Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through to completion.

• Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred
