Qiddiya in Riyadh seeks an experienced hospitality professional to shape the operational future of one of the world’s most ambitious developments. You will monitor hotel operations, guest experience, and asset performance while coordinating with operators, consultants, and contractors to drive improvements across OS&E/FF&E and capital projects.

The role requires 12+ years in hospitality operations or asset delivery, deep knowledge of SOPs and brand standards, and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
• Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
• Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.
