Job summary

PMKConsult in Riyadh seeks a senior commercial professional to lead contract management across pre- and post-contract stages. You will administer FIDIC/NEC contracts, manage variations, claims, and final accounts while guiding procurement, cost planning, and risk management.

The role requires MRICS with 10+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in data centres, and a strong track record in client and stakeholder relationship management within the KSA market.

Qualifications

• MRICS with 10+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in data centres.
• RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contract management across pre- and post-contract stages.
• Administer FIDIC NEC contracts including valuations payments variations and final accounts.
• Manage change control claims extensions of time and loss & expense.
• Prepare cost plans estimates cost reports forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Lead procurement and tendering including strategy analysis and recommendations.
• Advise on commercial risks contingencies and value engineering.
• Act as senior commercial contact for clients contractors and design teams.
• Build relationships with KSA clients contractors and public sector stakeholders.
• Support business development bids and opportunities to expand existing commissions.
• Mentor QS and Assistant QS staff and support the growth of the Riyadh commercial team.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.

Requirements

• Strong FIDIC contract administration, including claims, variations, EOTs and dispute avoidance.
• Proven experience in procurement, tendering, cost planning, forecasting, cash flow and risk management.
• Experience in bids, fee proposals, business development and pipeline growth.
• Strong team management, mentoring and quality assurance experience.
• Good understanding of the KSA construction market, regulations and PIF-backed giga-projects.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time with KSA work eligibility.
• Strong senior client and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with cost management/reporting platforms.
