Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Approximately 20 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles in engineering, construction, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
• Work with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes and status reports.
• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and controlling project costs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and timelines.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-scope services.
• Support project closure activities including documentation and post-project evaluation.
