Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering data/AI solutions, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience with large-scale digital or AI transformation programs is an advantage.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into data/AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines, architectures, and AI models.
• Develop ML/NLP/predictive analytics use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple sources with governance.
• Leverage cloud platforms to architect and deploy data platforms and AI solutions.
• Support data modernization projects including migration and visualization.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Stay current with trends in data engineering, AI, and generative AI.
• Contribute to proposal development and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong technical background in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data processing and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.
