Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Director – Hospitality Projects (Technical Services) to lead end-to-end technical execution for residential project pre-openings and post-opening transitions. You will ensure systems, infrastructure, and workflows are fully operational, compliant, and optimized for long-term success.

You will bridge construction, technical teams, and residential operations while resolving snags, validating system integrations, and ensuring flawless handovers from project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in hospitality project management, with 5+ years leading technical completions for luxury hotel pre-openings.
• PMP/LEED AP or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of residential project pre-openings and post-opening transitions.
• Bridge construction, technical teams and residential operations to ensure flawless handovers.
• Oversee MEP systems, building automation, FLS/CCTV systems and other critical infrastructure.
