Qualifications

• 3 years as senior analyst or programmer in a large company.
• Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure critical hotel systems (Opera PMS, Infrasys POS, Call Accounting) and hardware run smoothly.
• Respond to IT-related problems (hardware and software) from users.
• Ensure day-to-day IT procedures and checklists are followed and updated.
• Develop new software and enhancements to existing systems for daily operations.
• Identify improvements and provide feedback to Management on IT areas.
• Uphold Shangri-La's Guiding Principles and CSR initiatives.
