• Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies to drive sales, margin, and profitability.
• Analyze category sales performance, pricing, and promotional data to identify improvement opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products, promotional materials, and marketing support.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to optimize stock and minimize stockouts or overstock.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns to increase category visibility in stores.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the system to align with commercial policies.
• Prepare category performance reports and analyses to provide visibility into trends and opportunities.
• Follow up on supplier agreements and rebates to ensure timely collection and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store operations to implement planograms and align with category strategy.
