Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced Architectural Foreman to lead on-site architectural execution for prestigious projects in Makkah. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review drawings, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant regulations.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6 or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on-site architectural works per drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to meet quality standards.
• Monitor safety compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Review drawings and guide on-site activities; manage resources.
