Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant regulations.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects, including commercial, residential, and government developments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural MEP and civil engineers to integrate architectural designs seamlessly.
• Review and approve architectural drawings specifications and materials to ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code SBC and project standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress verify adherence to design specifications and address any architectural issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve design challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability standards such as Mostadam and LEED incorporating green building practices into designs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders outlining design concepts progress updates and technical recommendations.
• Manage the submission and approval process for architectural designs with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including design briefs technical reports and as-built drawings.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
