Job summary

WebEngage is a customer data platform and marketing automation platform with a focus on enterprise accounts in the Middle East region. You will drive revenue from top clients, map executive relationships, and conduct EBRs to align on goals and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles, fluent Arabic, and an MBA. You’ll work to expand within accounts, leveraging analytics and BI concepts to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Arabic reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience with analytics, data, databases or BI.
• Excellent communication and self-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage top enterprise accounts and drive revenue.
• Cross/up-sell within existing and group accounts (Automation, Analytics, etc).
• Map strategic relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and monitor account health.
• Analyse business potential and craft strategies to hit targets.
• Identify risks and drive on-time, high-quality deliverables.
