Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus to support client hiring managers in delivering campus and early careers hiring demand. The role ensures quality standards, SLAs and KPIs are achieved while delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment service.

The recruiter will plan and execute campus recruitment strategies, manage stakeholder relationships and deliver an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in early careers and campus recruitment.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (attraction, selection, onboarding).
• Experience partnering with HRBPs and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on experience with campus events, career fairs, and attraction strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Delivery: manage full-cycle recruitment, ensure SLAs and KPI targets.
• Campus & Attraction Activities: plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives and events.
• Stakeholder & HRBP Collaboration: build relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs; provide market insights.
• Collaboration & Delivery Excellence: coordinate with coordinators and leadership for aligned delivery.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a positive and professional candidate journey from application to onboarding.
• Travel & Regional Support: travel across Saudi Arabia to support campus events and fairs.
