Job summary

SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks an Arabic Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) for an hourly, remote contractor role. You will oversee quality across Arabic AI training projects, review content, and provide precise feedback to trainers and QAs.

You will ensure adherence to guidelines, manage quality workflows across remote teams, onboard new contributors, and document standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Translation, Communications or related field.
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Arabic items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: update guidelines and quality expectations.
• Question handling: respond clearly on wording, dialect, and cultural context.
• Documentation: create and maintain Arabic project documentation.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding calls to explain expectations.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of Arabic language guidelines.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA workflows.
