Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking an Arabic Language Expert for a fully remote, hourly contractor role. You will review AI-generated Arabic and English responses, generate bilingual training content, and provide expert feedback to improve model quality.

You will assess accuracy and clarity, identify errors in reasoning, and write explanations and model solutions. The role offers flexible, work-from-anywhere hours and access to future projects through our expert network.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in linguistics or related field.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong Modern Standard Arabic and dialect writing.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content with prompts and responses across topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency and relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.
