Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Arabic Language Expert to review and generate bilingual training content (Arabic/English). You will assess reasoning quality, identify errors, and provide expert feedback to help models produce accurate, logical explanations.

This is an hourly, fully remote contractor role with flexible hours and potential access to future opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, native or near-native Arabic, and at least C1 English proficiency plus 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong writing and editing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
• 3+ years of translation, localization, QA, or linguistic review experience.
• Strong attention to detail and rubric consistency for hourly work.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content and prompts in various topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency and relevance.
• Test models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.
