Job summary

CBTalents is seeking an Arabic & English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a fast-growing international project in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role supports a global digital platform with rotating shifts and 24/7 operations.

You will deliver multilingual customer support for advertising campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and help clients optimize their digital advertising experiences. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Arabic: native/C2 proficiency; English: B2/C1 or higher.
• Paid Campaign Management experience required.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English across multiple channels.
• Assist clients with advertising campaign inquiries and account support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
