Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or elevate to the relevant department.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Follow up with customers regarding any unresolved issues or concerns.
• Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first call resolution.
