Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an Application Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate) in Riyadh to join our rotational shifts team. You will provide first-level technical support for business applications, monitor performance, and assist with deployments and production support.

This role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, basic SQL skills, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced IT environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous service availability, learn new technologies, and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of application support, OS and networking concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for business applications and systems.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze incidents, and resolve basic technical problems.
