We are looking for Application Support and Implementation to join our reputable company with both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

Job Description:

• Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
• Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
• Assisting with systems integrations
• Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
• Developing reports for teams across the business

Qualifications:

• Practical / hands-on knowledge on Programing Language preferably Java, .Net, Oracle Forms & Reports, HTML & CSS, Oracle Database, MSSQL Database, MYSQL Database.
• Should have excellent communication in Arabic and English language and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and juggle different tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or relative field.
• Fresh Graduate or out of work for more than 3 months.
• Very Good to Excellent in English language speaking.
• Riyadh residents or who can be relocated
