Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of department duties.
• Assign work to associates to meet KPIs.
• Conduct standup briefs, feedback, floor audits.
• Support training and upskilling of new associates.
• Track, report and analyze departmental metrics.
• Track hours and schedules; maintain attendance.
• Review SOPs and improve workflow.
• Improve flow of product through the station.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Understand daily production goals and staffing.
