Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING seeks a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards. You will lead warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, 5+ years in warehouse operations, and at least 2 years in supervision. Experience in high‑volume operations and distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
2+ years in a warehouse supervisory role.
Experience in high-volume warehouse operations.
Experience in services or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through stock counts and control activities.
Monitor WMS and ERP transactions to maintain accurate records.
Coordinate replenishment and support demand planning.
Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining service levels.
Monitor safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
Track KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Supervise staff and manage daily tasks and development.
